Therapy doesn't always look like sitting across from someone and talking about your feelings. Sometimes, it looks like playing a game, listening to the lyrics of a favorite song, exploring the emotions behind the music, or finding creative ways to express what feels difficult to put into words. Jameson Holman believes that meaningful progress happens when therapy meets you where you are, not where you think you're supposed to be. Whether he's working with teenagers navigating big emotions, stress, anxiety, and relationships, or couples working through communication challenges, conflict, and disconnection, Jameson creates a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. His approach makes room for conversation, creativity, and discovery, helping individuals and couples better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and find new ways forward. Jameson founded Lioncrest Counseling with a simple belief: that honest, skilled therapy changes lives. He works primarily with teens navigating anxiety, depression, and the kind of life transitions that leave you unsure of who you are or where you're headed.

Life can be complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain exhausting. If you are someone who feels things deeply, thinks deeply, or has often been told that you are "too sensitive," you are not alone. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I understand how deeply emotions, relationships, and life experiences can affect us. As a Therapist I bring a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to the therapeutic relationship. I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling truly heard and understood. My natural empathy and finely tuned awareness allow me to notice the emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

Not sure who to see?

That's completely normal. Reach out and we'll help match you with the right therapist for your situation.
